Cancellation Policy
Deposits are Non-refundable. No exceptions. You are allowed to reschedule appointments ONCE with your deposit, after that deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit to book again. No call/ no shows or appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before set time forfeit deposit. Deposits WILL NOT be transferred to another date. You will need to rebook and pay a new deposit.
